Virtuoso Legal Shortlisted for Customer Focus Award at the LexisNexis Awards 2018
The team at Virtuoso Legal were excited to find out that they have been shortlisted for the Customer Focus award at this year’s LexisNexis Awards.
The LexisNexis Awards were formally known as the Halsbury Legal Awards. Virtuoso Legal have an excellent pedigree at the Halsbury Legal Awards taking home the prize for Law Firm of the Year in 2014.
Of the nomination, Philip Partington said:
It is always fantastic to be recognised amongst our peers. As such, this shortlisting in the LexisNexis Awards is a great late Christmas gift. What’s more meaningful for us is that the recognition comes how we work with our clients. This is always at the forefront of our thinking, and we build our service with that in mind. As such, I’m hopeful that we will see a successful result on the night!”
Vice-principal Kirsten Toft added:
Since the beginning, Virtuoso Legal has always been about innovating our service to meet the needs of our customers. This comes part and parcel of the job in intellectual property – as you work alongside such a diverse range of businesses. (Each of which, have their own sets of needs). Being shortlisted for awards that recognise this is second only to seeing our customers thrive – in terms of satisfaction.”
Finally, principal Liz Ward stated:
First and foremost, Virtuoso Legal are here to help companies: create, grow and protect; the big ideas behind their businesses. This has always been central to how we run Virtuoso Legal and build our services. In our industry there are many problems and top of the list is the extent to which the client can often become sidelined in this process. Whether it’s helping clients understand IP law, advising clearly on the best strategies to take, or simply going the extra mile to make sure that clients are satisfied with our service. Customer focus is fundamental to our successes thusfar – and we thank all of our clients for the opportunity to be recognised as such.”
The awards take place on the 15th of March 2018 at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, on London’s Park Lane.
Virtuoso Legal will be in attendance to see whether we have taken the top prize.
