Company T (V) had a broad ranging software related patent which covered a number of applications. We advised T on their licensing strategy and documentation including reseller agreements, software licenses, confidentiality agreements and online trading terms.

Company A (I) had a basic and narrow patent covering technology used in environmental applications. We advised A on broadening its range of patent cover so as to protect itself in the UK and permit wide ranging overseas licensing opportunities.

Company E (R) saw some award winning technology at a trade fair which they wanted to manufacture and distribute on an exclusive basis. We advised E on everything from heads of terms through to drafting the licence.

Mr. X (T) had left his former employment under a cloud after emailing confidential supplier lists to his friend. We successfully advised X on defending his position at an interim injunction to stop him from using this information in his own business.

Company P had a very successful internet business selling niche equine products online. We helped P successfully stop their former distributors selling similar products online and cannibalizing the existing business and sales.
